Mysthera was founded by Forty51 Ventures in Europes pharma/biotech hub, Basel, in Switzerland in early 2023. The company is a preclinical stage biotech start-up focused on developing first-in-class, oral therapeutics to treat major unmet needs in autoimmune diseases. We are the first to develop PIM (Proviral Integration site for Moloney murine leukemia virus) kinase inhibitors as therapeutics for multi-lineage immune cell driven autoimmune disease.
